Everest is a service dog that has many awards and accomplishments. He is very intelligent and, according to his owner Tiffany, is also very spoiled. He can be very prim and proper and also very silly. He isn't very vocal, but he says a lot with his facial expressions. He loves to help his mom every chance that he gets and he truly enjoys working. He absolutely loves children and cats but most are afraid of how big he is. He can't understand why.
"Everest has been fearful of men since he was a baby especially strange men," Tiffany says. "Dr Roach worked with him a lot. We had many fun visits to get him used to the office and Dr Roach. He still favors all the ladies in the office over Dr. Roach but he is very comfortable with Dr Roach now. I absolutely love the natural process availability so we can keep Everest as healthy as possible with minimal side effects. Dr Anderson and Dr Roach have always been completely open to listening to me about how Everest is doing. They have also been so open with communication that I never wonder about any of the process of what's happening, what could happen, what may happen, and what shouldn't happen. Dr Anderson's and Dr Roach's care for Everest has been absolutely superb and I wish human doctors were as awesome as they are. I'll say it again these are Everest's favorite people. If he could just come visit then two or three times a week and hang out be let off leash he would be so happy just to be at their side hanging out with them I could probably leave him there and he wouldn't care. That's a rarity because he doesn't like leaving my side."
Typically, Everest sees us for his annual vaccines, and he comes in every once in a while just for fun. Recently, however, Everest has struggled with discomfort. Dr. Anderson is currently treating Everest for lung inflammation and spotted Rocky Mountain tick fever. "Everest is not letting any of this ruin his fun or working abilities," Tiffany shares. We are excited to continue following Everest during his healing journey.
