Taylor's Story
Taylor has loved animals for as long as she can remember. She grew up on a farm with many animals of her own. Taylor dreamed of working with animals but wasn't sure in what capacity.
Taylor graduated in 2017 with her associate degree in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing. She graduated from East Central University in 2021 with a degree in English and a minor in Mass Communications. Taylor later worked at the Oklahoma City Zoo as an educator and animal handler. Taylor now runs Holistic Pet Care and Best Friends Animal Clinic social media accounts and website.
Taylor has a zoo of her own. She has three cats, two red-eared sliders, a bearded dragon, a ball python, a crested gecko, a leopard gecko, a tarantula, a jumping spider, and many fish. The cat in Taylor's staff photo is named Indie.
Indie was adopted from a foster home when he was around two years old. Indie has a neurological condition that causes his head to tilt to the left. Indie is a spunky boy who loves to go on walks on his leash.
